Ryan Reynolds just added a few more dollars to his bank account, as T-Mobile picked up Mint Mobile for $1.35 billion in a cash and stock deal.

Mint Mobile is owned by Ka’ena Corp., and just adds to T-Mobile which is the second largest US-based wireless provider. The company has a plan to utilize their plans to use Mint’s existing supplier relationships and distribution scale to help grow the brands and offer competitive pricing and greater device inventory to more U.S. consumers seeking low-cost offerings.
